Maar het gaat vooral om de calorieinname waar je vriendin op let dus dat moet zo wel duidelijk zijn, lijkt.

Dat is gezonder dan dan de gewone witte rijst die voor nasi gebruikt wordt. En met veel groenten erbij en een klein beetje tofu(minder calorieën dan vlees)en ketjap is ze toch goed bezig. Ik denk maar ff mee hè? Toegevoegd na 47 minuten: Dus, ja nasi die gebakken is in olie is best vet.

Nasi(zonder vlees, ei enz)bevat 126 kcal volgens de calorieën tabel. Als er wel vlees en sausjes bij zitten wordt het wel veel meer natuurlijk. Je kan de groenten ook garen in een klein beetje bouillon ipv olie dat scheelt ook. Maar nasi wordt vaak in olie gebakken en met alles erbij wordt het echt wel erg calorierijk. Misschien kan je voor je vriendin beter volkorenrijst nemen voor de nasi.
